Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000/year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including materials management, order fulfillment, and distribution.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels for efficient stock control.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary warehouse materials and supplies.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, providing direction and support.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Manage operations, including vehicle dispatching and maintenance.
- Optimize warehouse layout and organization for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Train and onboard new employees on warehouse procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
